 Staging is professionally preparing homes for sale to appeal to the greatest number of buyers. This may entail simple changes such as rearranging or removing furniture, to more involved updates but it's rare the time involved becomes costly or time consuming.

$75/hour (2 hour minimum) + travel time for homes outside of service area
